オーエス株式会社 ［English name］ (“we”) sets out below how we handle users’ information in the app “temabee” and its related services (including the LINE official account, email intake and the website; together, “the Service”).

1. Information we collect

1. Account information: the identifier, display name and email address (when provided) received through Sign in with Apple and LINE Login
2. Information you put into the Service: projects, tasks, schedules, notes, photos, PDFs and other files, conversations (questions to the AI and its answers), and what you save as confidential information
3. LINE information: messages (text, photos, files) in groups where temabee’s official account has been added and the display names of those who post them, and one-to-one messages with the official account
4. Email, text messages and the like: emails you forward (body and attachments), and text and sender names you put in by pasting, sharing or using a shortcut
5. Device information: when and where photos were taken (to sort photos into projects; used on the device, and photo fingerprints and identifiers are not sent to the server), the calendar (to write schedules and travel), location (to show nearby sites, only when used), and the microphone (to ask by voice)
6. Usage records: features used, error records, and AI usage

2. Purposes of use

1. To provide the Service (sorting received information by project, search, answering questions, working out schedules and travel, and so on)
2. To confirm your identity and prevent misuse
3. To respond to inquiries and send important notices
4. To improve the Service (used in aggregated form that does not identify individuals)
5. To charge fees (if you start a paid plan)

3. Outsourcing to external services and transfer abroad

The Service uses the following external services. We give these companies only the information needed for the purposes above.

• Anthropic, PBC (United States): reading text and images with AI and writing answers. What we send is not used to train the AI (under Anthropic’s commitments for business customers).
• LY Corporation (LINE): the LINE official account and login
• Apple Inc. (United States): sign-in, maps and travel-time calculation
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): the website, receiving email, protecting connections, and storing files (stored encrypted)
• XServer Inc. (Japan): servers and storing information
• Backblaze, Inc. (United States): backups (stored encrypted)

4. Provision to third parties

Except where permitted by law, we do not give your information to third parties without your consent.

5. Information about other members of LINE groups

In LINE groups where temabee has been added, other members’ messages are also saved. Please tell the other members, as needed, that you are adding temabee to the group. Saved messages can be seen only by the users who added temabee to that group.

6. Retention and deletion

When you delete your account, we delete that account’s information from our servers within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.

7. Security

We protect information by encrypting connections, storing confidential information encrypted, limiting who can access it, and similar measures.

8. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion and so on

When you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete information we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming that you are the person concerned. Please contact the desk below.
